Proactivity as a Service

Cloud Management S.A. de C.V. was founded on February 4, 2015 as a technology consulting firm focused on understanding our clients’ infrastructure and needs, helping them define strategies and build solutions that streamlined their operations and modernized their ecosystems.

We’ve learned that most critical failures can — and should — be prevented. That’s why, in 2022, we decided to evolve: instead of advising from the outside, we stepped in to take charge from within, launching managed services under our new brand, NFOS AI.

Today we monitor, protect, and provide 24/7 support for operations that can’t afford downtime, through three specialized practices: NFOS Shield (SOC), NFOS Watch (NOC), and NFOS Desk, delivered under a white-label model built specifically for partners. We complement this with cutting-edge hardware and software solutions, consulting, and the design and implementation of technology projects for public- and private-sector clients across Mexico, Latin America, the United States, and the European Union.

Our philosophy is simple: get ahead of the problem. We work to keep incidents from happening in the first place — not just to respond once they already have.
